The worship team is, besides
the Holy Spirit itself, what makes the Sunday night
worship service go. This includes people who set up
the room, play the music, clean up, greet people,
etc. This is all invaluable work that allows people
to worship God together in the ORB community. If you
would like to be involved in this, please contact
Matt Agresti. We always need volunteers!
In addition, the ORB worship service is somewhat unique in that we do not believe it is the sole resonsibility of one person (usually the minister and maybe a few others) to lead everyone else in worship. It is actually the joyful task of the entire community. Therefore, we encourage anyone from the congregation to help out leading the service. If you've been to an ORB worship service before, you may notice that every week it is different people who are up front leading in prayer, welcome, and time of silence, sharing ministry updates and expereinces, and leading the congregation in the Lord's Supper. If you feel that you have gifts to lead worship in this way, or if you feel like you'd like to develop those gifts, please contact Matt Agresti and he will point you in the right direction.
